As Principal for Europe at Chryselys Prakash leads Chryselys’ customer engagement and thought partnerships with European clients. Over his nearly 25 years of leadership in the biopharmaceutical industry, Prakash has built a strong reputation for building and delivering analytical and data science-driven transformations for major enterprises.

Before joining Chryselys, Prakash spent over a decade at Novartis, driving two enterprise transformations. As a founding member of the Novartis Enterprise Data Science & AI team, he pioneered digital transformation initiatives and developed a roadmap for enterprise-wide data and AI integration. He also led the enterprise analytics, advanced analytics, forecasting, and competitive intelligence teams. He also drove internal customer relationships as a Global Business Partner for the Novartis Shared Services team.

Prior to Novartis, Prakash developed analytics capabilities at Indegene, heading their Research, Analytics, and Insights team. He also has built and drove portfolio management and R&D project management capabilities for leaders in generics and biosimilars.

Prakash holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Master’s in Microbiology from the National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, India. He is also an alumnus of the Wharton School of Management, where he further honed his skills in digital transformations.
