With over 28 years of experience in the IT services industry, Bhagavathi has served in a number of leadership roles in Technology and Operations including transition, delivery, solution design and pre-Sales. He brings with him extensive experience in leading digital transformation solution design for the retail, consumer goods, health care and life science domains.
His experience includes managing large outsourcing deals, ramping up offshore teams and setting up successful global delivery centers. He is known for his approachability and leadership excellence, and for creating an environment for the team to feel comfortable and empowered to excel in.
Bhagavathi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Harvard Growth Harbinger Certification.
