Anantha is the Chief Delivery Officer at Chryselys, overseeing delivery operations across Insights and Analytics, Data and Technology, and PACE. He drives strategic execution and ensures seamless delivery across global functions.
With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Anantha has led global delivery teams and supported the commercialization of marketing authorizations across Europe. His leadership journey includes senior roles at BioPlus Lifesciences, Novartis, and Indegene, covering commercial consulting, sales force analytics, and operations.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Bangalore University, a Postgraduate degree from IIM Bangalore, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus Singapore. He is also a Certified Professional in Training and Development from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
